What is the cost of application form?
The application form is available on the payment of Rs.500 from the FIEDMC office or you can download it from www.fiedmc.com.pk
What is the Booking Procedure of Plots?
Plots are alloted on first come first serve basis in the relevant industrial zone.
Plots can be booked after making 10% down payment in favour of FIEDMC alongwith application form and processing fee.

Customers are advised to send the deposit slip of bank to FIEDMC office for official acknowledgement of payment. The payment receipt will be issued on receiving the copy of deposit slip from the concerned bank to FIEDMC office.
On receiving the application form along with down payment, the provisional allotment letter will be issued. The final title document will be executed on receiving full payment.
How much amount has to be deposited at the time of booking?
10% of the total cost of the plot has to be deposited at the time of submission of application form.
Are there any other charges to be deposited at the time of booking?
Yes, you have to deposit Rs. 10,000/- as processing fee at the time of application submission.
How do I deposit the balance amount?
The balance amount should be deposited according to the payment plan you will choose at the time of booking. The payment schedule will be issued with the provisional allotment letter.
What is included in the cost of plot?
The cost of plot includes the cost of land, development charges, utilities at door step and provision of 125 KVA of electricity per acre.
What are Plot Sizes in M-3 Industrial City?
Plot size ranges from 4 acres to 21 acres in M-3 Industrial City. However one can amalgamate two or more plots to make it a bigger plot size according to the specific needs.
What are the time lines of infrastructure and possessions?
The access to plots in Phase-1A and Phase-1B located on Main Arterial Road is readily available.
The access of plots in Phase-1A and Phase-1B other than main arterial road will be available in June 2009.
The electricity for construction at Phase-1A & Phase-1B will be available in July 2009.
The infrastructure (Water supply, Sewerage, Storm Water Drainage, Collector Roads) will be completed in January 2010.
The 132 KV Grid Station at Phase-1A will be completed in mid 2010.
The possession of plots along main arterial road in all zones will be given in Dec 2009.
Can I resale my plots?
The resale of plot is not allowed, however after construction of industrial unit it can be resold. In case of Force Majeure, BOD FIEDMC may allow surrender of plots with suitable penalty on case to case basis.

Yes, you can visit the M-3 Industrial City, marketing department may be contacted in advance for the arrangements.
